Throughout his career, Kevin has partnered with senior executives and business leaders to design and implement innovative talent strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, performance, and growth. Known for his direct, engaging, and results-oriented approach, he delivers practical, actionable solutions grounded in real-world business experience.
Before joining GrowStaffing, Kevin held a range of leadership roles with prominent organizations across consulting, finance, technology, and human resources. His experience includes overseeing executive search operations, developing talent management frameworks, and leading high-performing teams through transformation and change. Most recently, he served as a Senior Managing Director at a national recruiting firm, where he built and led teams focused on executive placement, leadership assessment, and succession planning.
Kevin’s expertise spans leadership development, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and executive coaching. He has advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity-backed firms, and fast-growing startups on optimizing their leadership pipelines and building resilient, high-performing teams.
Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has continued executive education in leadership and organizational psychology. Based at GrowStaffing’s headquarters on W Magnolia Blvd, California, USA, Kevin enjoys mentoring emerging leaders and contributing to community programs that foster professional growth.
