Prior to joining GrowStaffing, Jim spent the first six years of his career with a registered investment advisory firm, where he gained a deep understanding of the investment management and banking sectors. This early experience continues to shape his strategic approach to recruiting for finance and leadership roles today.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and his German Shepherd, Mia. He is also a fourth-generation winemaker and looks forward to the fall season each year, when he crafts a variety of unique wines.
