Matt Lamson joined GrowStaffing as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of extensive financial, operational, and strategic leadership experience to the role. He has successfully led numerous complex financial initiatives, major negotiations, and integrations consistently driving growth and maximizing shareholder value across both public and private organizations.
As CFO, Matt leverages his proven expertise in financial strategy, performance management, and value creation to guide GrowStaffing’s continued expansion. His disciplined approach to financial operations and focus on sustainable growth ensure the company remains well-positioned for long-term success in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
Prior to joining GrowStaffing, Matt served as Global CFO for a leading data and technology solutions company, where he held multiple senior financial roles, including CFO North America, Senior Vice President & Treasurer, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. During his tenure, he spearheaded several transformative programs, including the implementation of advanced financial systems and analytics, which significantly enhanced profitability and operational efficiency.
